Because Grey DeLisle is awesome. And she's wearing lipstick. She's like the 1% of ponies who wear lipstick. And I'm cool with that.
Normally I don't like to draw OCs of the MLP cast and crew often (aside from the poster, but that was one instance), but seeing as though Grey couldn't provide a role in the show but somehow voiced in a fan video, that was very sweet of her to do that, and I couldn't leave her out. So I had to draw her.
Some of you will ask "Who is Grey DeLisle?" and I will be disappointed in all of you. She voices Vicky in Oddparents, Mandy in Grim Adventures, Azula in The Last Airbender, Catwoman in Arkham City, and she's basically on the same level as Tara.
Her design is credit to ~Vet2B. I originally wanted her to be a batpony, but then something went up and I decided not to. I could make an alt however.
